He received a Diploma in Architectural Technology from Singapore Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management) with 1st Class Honours from RMIT University in Australia. He also has a Specialist Diploma with Merit award in Building Information Modeling from BCA Academy.

She is currently working on the redevelopment of Funan, amongst other key projects. Huey Li is a registered Architect with the Board of Architects in Singapore. Pham Anh Quoc Bao has more than 20 years of experience in various projects. Tan Quee Peng has more than 20 years of experience as the architectural design and project lead for various major projects, both locally and in Malaysia, China and India. His diversified portfolio spans across residential, serviced apartments, commercial, mixed use, business parks, military related developments, and Asset Enhancement Initiative feasibility bids. Key projects he is working on include the Holland Village mixed use development which comprises residences, serviced apartments and commercial spaces, and the Fourth Avenue condominium development.
Quee Peng is a registered Architect with the Board of Architects in Singapore and a BCA Certified Green Mark Manager. He received a Bachelor of Arts (Architectural Studies) and Bachelor of Architecture from National University of Singapore.
Yeap Yoon Thong has more than 33 years of experiences in various architectural projects. His diversified portfolio covers residential, education, sports and recreation, hospitality, industrial, offices and retail projects. Some of his major works include BCA Academic Tower, JCube, expansion of Tampines Mall, and the refurbishment of National Archives of Singapore. He also has experience in due diligence exercises for buildings requiring statutory and technical assessments.

Catherine Heng has more than 25 years of experience in Civil & Structural engineering. Her diversified portfolio covers residential, industrial, offices, retail, institutional, hospitality and sports and recreation projects. Some of the major projects which she has worked on include Carros Centre, Crowne Plaza at Changi Airport, Park Regis Hotel and Toll City. She graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Structural from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
With more than 15 years of engineering experience, Sew Guan has worked on a diversified portfolio of projects which covers residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, educational and industrial sectors. Some of his key projects include JCube, I12 Katong, XILINX Building, Singapore Institute of Technology Campus Plot 2 campus.
Sew Guan is a registered Professional Civil Engineer with the Professional Engineer Board in Singapore and a Chartered Engineer and member of the Institution of Structural Engineers in the United Kingdom. He is also an ABC Waters Professional with The Institution of Engineers in Singapore and an ISO 9000, ISO 14000 Internal Quality Auditor. He received a 1st Class Honours in Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Edinburgh.
Tan Sok Kwang has more than 37 years of experience in authorities’ submissions for architectural projects, dealing with Buildings Acts and Regulations, and preparation of tender and construction drawings. She works closely with the architects to ensure the compliance of technical and authorities’ requirements and the timely production of drawings and submissions. She holds a Diploma in Architectural Technology from Singapore Polytechnic and a Certificate in BIM Management from BCA Academy.
As one of the founding professionals of RSP's China office in 2003, Shi Lu has been fully involved in all aspects of the company’s growth in China. As Managing Director, she developed RSP’s Beijing and Shanghai offices to provide design service to various clients in China. She led projects including SIDA Campus in Beijing, CapitaLand malls in different cities of China, Yangmadao master plan, and SIDA projects in Africa. She was also involved in a wide range of projects covering hospitality, offices, education and interior design. Her role today encompasses corporate development and the building of strong client relationships.
With more than two decades of experience, Shi Lu is a National First Class Registered Architect of China. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in Architecture from Tong Ji University (Shanghai Institute of Urban Construction).
Michael Magill has worked on various high profile international architectural practices and led design teams which have won numerous international architectural competitions. His portfolio spreads across Asia, Middle East and Europe and over different sectors. The projects which he has led have won awards and been recognised for their innovative designs.
Michael earned his Diploma of Architecture from Sheffield University, UK.
With over 20 years of experience in master planning and architecture, Prabhanjan Kambadur brings in critical skills for planning and delivering large-scale and complex projects. His experience ranges from master planning of cities and town centers to establishing urban design guidelines for integrated developments, as well as design of technology parks and mixed use developments across Middle East and Asia. As a Director at RSP's Dubai office, Prabhanjan has led and managed a diverse team of architects, planners and engineers through all stages of design and execution. Many of these projects have won international acclaim through numerous awards.
Prabhanjan received his Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Mysore, India and a Master of Arts in Urban Design at the National University of Singapore.
Ralf Steinhauer has over 16 years of professional experience in Asia, Australia, Middle East and Europe. His predilection with architecture is one that exerts a comprehensive knowledge base spanning from conceptual design through to project delivery. His expertise has earned him the titles as one of the Top 40 Most Powerful Architects of the Middle East and Top 50 Influential Architects in Middle East in 2019.
An accomplished and inspiring leader, he has led his teams to the successful completion of significant projects of varying sizes across different sectors including lifestyle, hospitality, residential and commercial.
Ralf received his Diploma of Architecture from Technical University Dresden, Germany.
Daniel Lim has been leading RSP's Vietnam office as General Director since 2007. As Business Development Director (Southeast Asia), he also spearheads the development of new business in Southeast Asia.
Bringing 30 years of professional experience in USA, Singapore, Myanmar and Vietnam, he provides strong guidance for growing the teams in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Major projects he has completed in Singapore include Changi Airport Terminal 2 upgrading, Summerhill and Draycott 8. In Vietnam, he has led projects such as Vista, Mulberry Lane, Gems Garden, The Habitat, Compass One.
Daniel is an active member of the Singapore Business Group in Ho Chi Minh City. He received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kent State University in USA.
Arunjot Singh Bhalla has more than 26 years of architectural experience, with a significant part of his career in Singapore and India. As one of the founding professionals of RSP's India office, Arunjot has been fully involved in all aspects of the company’s growth. Over the years, he has worked on a wide range of projects including IT campuses, commercial, retail, residential developments, interior design and master plans. His role today encompasses corporate development and design with a focus on strategy and planning.
Arunjot holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Chandigarh College of Architecture, and a Master of Science in Architecture Studies, majoring in Architecture and Urbanism, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA.
Kiran Uchil has over 30 years of extensive and diversified experience in a wide range of projects. He joined RSP in 1998 and has been leading a large team of professionals in the design and development of IT parks, office complexes, commercial, retail and residential projects.
He is a graduate of L S Raheja School of Architecture, Mumbai. He is registered with the Council of Architecture in India, American Institute of Architects, Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, Indian Institute of Architects, and Practicing Engineers, Architects and Planners Association.
Hud Bakar is the Managing Director and design principal of RSP Architects Kuala Lumpur. He has over 30 years of experience in designing projects of different scales, with works varying from residential to super high-rise skyscrapers exceeding 100 storeys. He has won many architectural competitions and been conferred with awards from FIABCI, BCI Asia, The Edge and Asia Pacific Architecture Awards.
A familiar figure in the Malaysia architecture scene, he has been a well sought-after speaker in many professional seminars, educational talks, and was a jury for many competitions and graduates’ thesis. His works have been profiled in many local and international publications such as Australian Habitus, Thailand’s Art4D Trend, Indonesian Architecture Magazine, The Edge, Tatler, and Architecture Malaysia.
He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Architects where he served as a council member, the Board of Architects Malaysia, Interior Designers of Malaysia, and has a Master of Architecture from University of California, Berkeley.
Farid has more than 29 years of experience in architecture and has worked on a variety of projects which includes the design of museums, aeronautical buildings, exhibition centres, mixed-use developments, offices and high-end residences. His commitment and passion for design excellence inspires creativity from the design team. Notable projects which he has led include The St. Regis Hotel & Residences Kuala Lumpur, Serai Residence, MITEC Kuala Lumpur and KL Sport City.
Dr. Kong Sia Keong joined RSP Singapore in 2002 and was appointed Director of RSP Engineers Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia in 2007. He has over 20 years of experience in the design of structures that meet stringent seismic or wind design requirements. Besides Malaysia, he has undertaken projects in more than 10 overseas locations, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Riyadh, Accra, Delhi, Yangon, Mandalay, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh City and Singapore.
He obtained his PhD in seismic retrofitting of existing buildings in 2003 from the National University of Singapore.
Ir. Tan Chee Hong started his engineering career as a Design Engineer with VSL Engineers Sdn. Bhd. which is a specialist post-tensioned contractor firm in 1993. In 1996, he joined RSP Architects KL as an in-house structural engineer for the architectural firm. In line with RSP's philosophy of developing a multidisciplinary consultancy practice, he had jointly set up RSP Engineers Sdn. Bhd. - the civil & structural engineering arm of RSP KL in 1998 and was appointed a Director in 2002.
Ir. Tan's engineering experience includes design and construction supervision involving both post-tensioned and RC conventional system in building developments. He is fully conversant with British and Australian Design Codes. He is a Registered Professional Engineer (Civil) in Malaysia and a corporate member of the Institute of Engineers Malaysia. He received a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from University of Newcastle, Australia.
