The Project

Located 40 kilometres from Kazan, Russia’s 10th largest city, Innopolis is planned as a cutting-edge ICT satellite town which can potentially attract 10,000 of the best minds.

Beyond just a techno park, the master plan proposes a self-sustaining township, able to support a population of 150,000 in future.

The Challenge

The challenge was planning for a holistic ecosystem that could significantly support Russia’s growing high tech sector.

Detailed research helped to identify the right mix of ICT facilities. Extensive studies of the terrain contributed to comprehensive plans for a vibrant live, work, play environment that retains its idyllic qualities.
