7-storey warehouse and office and allow 40-footer containers access to all floors and roof top parking. The structural floor system comprises predominantly post-tensioned concrete flat slab with drop panel, one-way banded post tension beam and slab at driveway and ramp area due to the long span varying from 15m to 18m.

Scope of Work:
Challenge is the large span required for ramp and driveways to allow for 40-footer container for access to all floors for loading and unloading and roof top parking. Impounding basins are provided at 1st storey in the event of fire as required by Authority for chemical storage for special works.
