The Challenge

To bind the urban districts across the three large rivers, public spaces were integrated through thoughtful planning of the road and rail system. The integration brought about enhanced connectivity between the urban centres and appreciated land values, especially along the water bodies.

Detailed strategies on land use plan and urban design guidelines led to a healthy urban development with considerations of flexibility in phasing.
