SIT Punggol - Campus Court

Campus in a park by the waterfront

The Project

Overlooking the waterfront, the new SIT campus preserves an existing forest around the tree-lined Heritage Trail, giving it a distinctive ‘campus-in-a-park’ identity. Academic blocks encompass green spaces and open courtyards, creating community spaces for interaction and rejuvenation, as well as a memorable campus experience.

The food court will be constructed with Mass Engineered Timber and will feature photovoltaic panels to harness solar power, increasing energy efficiency.

A sustainable campus environment

The Collaboration Loop seamlessly connects the campus with JTC business park buildings, fostering the sharing of knowledge and exchange of ideas.

Fostering collaboration between SIT and the industry

The academic and learning spaces will include classrooms and laboratories interspersed with self-directed and group learning spaces, as well as makerspaces.

A vibrant and collaborative applied learning environment

To create a highly accessible and inclusive environment, Campus Court will feature open courtyards and green spaces open for public access.
