Republic Plaza

State-of-the-art intelligent building

The Project

One of the tallest buildings in Singapore, its design was conceived as a crystal. The organic philosophy in the form is perfected in the function and organisation of space, with intelligent systems and structural innovations.

The facade is a combination of granite expressing stability, and blue-tinted glass expressing a contemporary look.

The Challenge

The team overcame the complexities of the development with meticulous planning and use of innovative technologies.

There was also a conscious effort to integrate the building with its surroundings, by having shops in the first basement level, allocating much of the surrounding space for public walkways.
